Say it ain't so!!!
I am super sad! I need to be able to let this go, and because blogging is free therapy for me, here goes. I love Shutterfly. I get lots of free things from them. The most recent was a free 8x8 photo book and 75 free prints! Wow!!! That is a lot of free stuff!!! Love it! Of course, these things have deadlines, and I have become very bad at just doing things when they first show up. I guess I've been in this calling too long of dealing only with emergencies. I have forgotten what it feels like to "catch up" on anything. I don't know. At any rate, I was down to the wire and needing to clean my house, shower, buy a gift, order my book and be ready by three o'clock to travel down to Park City for a reception that night. I barely was able to get my photo book put together in order for my dear friend, Amber, to finish placing my order before midnight! What a friend! Thanks, again, Amber! At any rate.... I reminded myself that I would need to spend the next day uploading my pictures for my 75 free prints. Guess what? I COMLETELY FORGOT!!! WAAAAAAHHHH! Look out! Here comes the Waaambulance. It's already been to Amber's! Thanks for the shoulder to cry on. I can't believe I let 75 free prints slip through my fingers!!! What was I thinking?!?!? To console myself, I imagine I will eat some chocolate while soaking in my jetted tub and holding my $10 Darth Vader costume. Sigh.

Ha ha ha...the mental imagine that the end of your post conjured up for me was hysterical! The Darth Vadar costume part was the best! Sorry you missed out on your free prints. It sounds like you are great at getting deals though. You need to teach me how. Or actually, you need to motivate me to just do it. I tend to be lazy when it comes to stuff like that. So if it makes you feel any better, I apparently missed out on a free book and free prints. :)
Wow you really are the bargain queen. And I'm with Katie (Hi, Katie, I'm Megan... I'm with you) I totally missed out on the 75 prints and the photo book. So you're way ahead of me. Does that make you feel better?

Okay, I'm sorry that you missed your pictures, but you DID get that steal of a deal on Darth Vadar! I found one at TJ Max yesterday for $20, but still couldn't make myself buy it.
Yay for jetted tubs! I told you it would make you feel better :) Thank goodness it's free parking over here for the Waaambulance - come by anytime. Oh, and in memory of your sorrow, I broke my extremely strict diet and ate a candy bar last night, followed by some french bread. Carbs and chocolate - it doesn't get much better than that right? By the way, I hope you didn't get the Vader costume all wet. That would be a shame.
So sad for you, but if it makes you feel better...reading your post about it made me smile! :) And, I agree - my jetted tub makes everything better!
You crack me up with all your coupons and sales...way to go! Don't feel bad about the lost 75 prints, just think about all the other times you've "beat" the system-I think you are probably still ahead of the game!
Vent, baby, vent!!! If you are having so much trauma that you can't get over this event, I will pay for 75 prints for you! You are that important to our family!!!
