My brother-in-law was listening to me complain about the insane amount of time it takes to upload pictures to blogger. This is why I never update anymore.... and of course we really don't do very many exciting things, but mostly because the upload time is ridiculous. So, he sent me some free software to compress the picture file size. Here is a sample run, it will probably take me a while to get this just right.
These are pictures from Simon's birthday party the day before Amber and her family moved to Virginia. sigh, tear. Notice the pics of Charles and Andrew... they crack me up! We sure have missed the Meadows!
Also, please note Amber's amazing decorating job on Simon's cake. I about cried because I couldn't find time to help her with his cake this year, but I was so glad I couldn't when I saw how well she did! It's amazing! Now she can be the one to make all the cakes in Virginia for everyone!!! ;)
Sweet! I think I've found what I've been looking for! That was only seconds uploading instead of long drawn out minutes!!!!

Share the love...can you send me the software? I have the same complaints with blogging...it takes for ever, and I can't tell you how many times I've started a post and then messed it up and just said, "forget it." I'm glad to see that you are posting again...I've missed your posts so much.

Camille - I miss you like crazy!!! do you have texting? Because then i could just text you and I wouldn't have to worry about interrupting your studying. :) I LOVE the pictures of Charles and Andrew. Those boys are crazy! I have to agree with you about the amount of time it takes to post on blogger. Arrrggghhh! I haven't had too many issues with my pics, but the formatting stinks! It's taken me forever to get my recipe blog working the way that I want. Oh, and thanks for the compliment on Simon's cake - I was so nervous to do that. You should also know that I tried to cut Andrew and Chris' hair - oh how I wish I was still in Logan so you could have done it. It wasn't pretty.
