Oh, What Do You Do in the Wintertime?

I have a really hard time with winter. I have been doing better this year, so far. Let's hope it lasts. To help keep myself and the children entertained, I have found a new favorite activity. Green Gorilla. It's a new huge carwash just like I remember from my childhood. The kind that drives your car for you and has huge brushes and long streaming seaweed looking things and super turbo fans at the end to blow your car dry. Wow. We went as a family last week, and loved it so much I made my sister go because, frankly, her car was disgusting. We decided to buy a punch pass so we can go even more for less. I'm a nerd. I know.
Lest you think I really have no idea what real fun is, I did go to a movie last night with Donna and Charlotte. We saw Blind Side and it was so good! I loved it and want to see it again. Awesome story, amazing acting. Just a great movie. I really love Sandra Bullock and it was crazy to see her blonde and hear her southern accent, but I loved it!
In other news.... I completely forgot in my last post to mention the greatest event of the week! I passed my math test!!! So.... this week I was able to begin school again. I am feeling more excited about this semester, because I am more interested in the classes, but I am also super anxious because it's going to be tough. I am taking Business Statistics and Microeconomics. May the force be with me.

That is a fun carwash, we went the day it opened so it was free. Even better! Way to go on your test!

I can't believe I got a mention in your blog. I guess this means that I have finally arrived. It's all downhill from here.

Seriously, Blind Side WAS awesome. Sandra Bullock is one of my favorites, and this is one of my favorite her her roles.

I feel for you-- winter is not my favorite either. It was 73 degrees here yesterday, so we don't have much to deal with in CA, but I do remember my Idaho days. The Christmas card we sent you came back yesterday! Sorry about that. You can see our blog for Neilson updates: jcneilson6.blogspot.com

Its hard to entertain kids during the winter and I specially have a hard time keeping lauralynn away from the tv. Its so exhausting to come with new activities for the kids to do! Congratulation on your math test, that must've been stressful! I am so glad you are enjoying school!
