Yep, I had another birthday. Crazy how those things never quit coming. It was a good day thanks to love from friends and family. Donna treated me to lunch and Tressa came and Jake was a saint and kept all the children (minus Ben who just slept soundly the whole time and gave us something to coo over). I can't remember the last time I went to lunch without my kids! It was great!!! Louis came home from work early enough to let me go shopping with Tressa and Donna. We hit Old Navy and had just missed their jean sale, bummer. And DownEast Outfitters. I found a super cute skirt that was pink and black plaid. I wanted it so badly, but I couldn't find a good matching top to go with it and then I realized that the wool skirt was dry clean only. Add to the fact that it was more money than I ever really spend on my clothes and I left it at the store. And I'm ok with that. Hopefully soon I can return to get some badly needed undershirts which I completely forgot to purchase while worrying whether or not to get the skirt. We returned home for Pier 49 pizza, pop, and cake. Louis went all out on my cake this year! He got me a whole Iron Tower!!! It actually is much more cost effective, but they had already cut it up to serve to customers (we didn't order ahead) and so they had to package it up in SEVERAL take-out boxes. It was funny. I wish I had taken a picture of the sight that met us when we pulled into the garage. Three or four grocery bags filled with take-out boxes, filled up with Iron Tower dessert! We were all quite sick after eating! We went up to play Wii, but ended up having more fun making all our characters. Donna spoiled me and got me the cutest matching set of hair dryer and flat iron we had been admiring when we got our hair done a couple weeks ago. I can't wait to use them! My hair dryer has been threatening to die on me for a while now.

Squirm was so excited for me to open presents and to "Sing Happy Birthday to YOU!" He's so stinking cute! He was even really excited about my hairdryer and wanted to take it out and look at all the pieces!

Kaylee thought it was so cool that Princess Peach's birthday was the same day as mine! ;)

Baby Ben was so thoughtful and wore this adorable shirt I gave him for Christmas! ;)
