No, really. I have decided. Haven't you ever noticed that you start out with a dab of this and a smidge of that on a dinner plater for your little one. By the end of mealtime, there is enough food spread on the table, floor, clothes, you, to feed an army! And that doesn't account for what you know made it into their mouth! Here are pictures of my proof. I was finally able to do something nice for my wonderful friend who saves my life every other minute at the drop of a hat. I sent Amber and Chris to Bear Lake to enjoy a kid-free night, since their anniversary was spent apart due to work and traveling conflicts. I am happy to report that despite some bed time tears and trauma, both boys have come back to my house! :) And yes, this did take place before Thanksgiving, I'm trying ok?

Best Friends

So Happy! Looks clean enough, yes?
BTW isn't he just the cutest thing? Melted my heart from his first hours on Earth.

No! The culprit! Cute though he may be.

The evidence:
The picture really doesn't do this justice. I was amazed by the amount of food strewn across this portion of my kitchen! Plus what I washed off him!

Please note all the food left on the plate. Yeah, it began as one tablespoon of eggs, one half slice of bacon, and one muffin. There is more food there than I started with!

And my dust pan was full after sweeping up just under his chair and brushing off the high chair. Well, if the economy doesn't pick up soon and we all have to break out our food storage, I'm adopting Simon and any other small children I can get my hands on. They create food!!!

Looks like my house. Lastnight Lexie was buttering her bread with her soup. What a mess! Gotta love it!
