Two Weeks Notice

Well, this is my official two week's notice until the anticipated arrival of baby number three. If you'd like to enter a guess as to date, time, stats, etc.... feel free. I do keep track and maybe there'll be a prize. Hmmm. Also, enter a favorite name of your choice. I'd like to use a family name somewhere, but just haven't been able to find anything we're really crazy about. Keep these names in mind as you think: Todd, Louis, Holley (yes it's my Grandpa's name), Thaylon (yes my other gpa's name).
I'm not sure what to think at this point. I'm definately tired of not sleeping well. Tired of being kicked in the gut all day long and just tired of feeling huge. However, I am not so certain that I'm tired enough of it to want another child to take care of. Especially after today. Charles was kind of a handful. Not extremely naughty, not a bad kid, it was just a high maintainance kind of day for him and I was not running on a lot of energy to meet his needs.
The good news is, I am finished with finals now, so really any day is good. The bad news is, I still have not begun to pack a suitcase, or set up any type of sleeping quarters for this little one. But, all his clothes and blankets are washed and there are wipes and dipaers in the house. I have tried to clean up here and there and just keep things tidy.... but there is still a lot of deep cleaning that should be done but likely never will be done until we move and someone else does it. If I can get my bathrooms cleaned this weekend, I'll be satisfied. I haven't even really though ahead as to who I should call (besides Louis, of course) when I do get the news that I am in labor. Which for the record generally happens at my doctor's appointments. In this case I have been going on Mondays, so that is probably when you should watch for updates. Kaylee is in school all day, and Charles is in preschool three days of the week for a couple hours, at least for another two weeks.... after that, who knows. Guess they'll come with me until Tress and Squirm can rescue us if they're available!
I am going through a period of boredom. Not for lack of things I could/should be doing (i.e. cleaning said bathrooms....) but just not having the energy or zest to do much of anything. I even tried to start a puzzle yesterday. That usually cheers me up. It's fun and relaxing and I rarely get to just sit down for a while and finish one. It was ok, for a little while and then I lost interest. Maybe it's just my overwhelming desire to be outside instead of cooped up inside. I mean, it is Spring, officially and we are still having snow? I was so cold today I gave in to Charles' pleading and kicked the heater on again so we could snuggle up over a heat vent with a blanket. I thought I was on an emotional roller coaster, but I've got NOTHING on Mother Nature this year. Seriously.

Oh Camille, You make me laugh! I just LOVE your writings! It makes me feel like I am normal! As for names.....good luck with that one. We could barely even decide AFTER Taivry was born and I TOTALLY hear you on not getting anything ready! I hadn't and she came early so I was SOL in that department! Oh well it all worked out! I freakin love you girl!!! Can't wait to see pictures of this new little one.

I have to throw in my vote for the name Holley. I've only ever heard of it as a first name for girls and usually that's spelled without the e. So it threw me off to see your grandpa's name spelled the same as my last name.

Good luck with your last 2 weeks! I was so dying to get baby #2 out of me--then ever since she was born I've been wondering what in the world I was thinking adding another kid to my crazy life. But she's cute and now she smiles at me, so that helps make it all worth it. :) Can't wait to see pics of your little one!

I will bring over the bassinet if you would still like to use it. I am such a space cadet, so sorry about that! As for names I think Thaylon would be great for a middle name. Koby Thaylon, or Benjamin Thaylon. I am so jealous of your two week notice. As for guesses, I am going to say...May 16, in the morining. He will weigh 9 lbs 2 oz. Good Luck, I am so excited for you!!!

I really like the name Thaylon. Even as a first name. Not much longer and your energy will be up again. I remember those days oh so well. I did nothing and felt horrible thinking that was how the rest of my life would be because I had no energy. So glad to know that once the baby is born "we" get our bodies back (in some form) and actually have the desire to keep up with things again. I also remember thinking I didn't have the house deep cleaned too. But as long as there are diapers and wipes, I was good. Good Luck!

Camille, you are so great! I love reading your blog--what you are feeling and how you are doing is great! Spring will give you some warmth soon. Your baby will be wonderful. On the name list I think my favorite name is Todd. But any of them would be great! :)

I really like "Thaylon"...I would do Jordan Thaylon! I enjoy reading your posts, its like reading a book, it all flows so nicely! I have a carseat if you need one! Its tan and turqoise and its only like 17 months old. Let me know! BTW, You are a great woman, I admire all you do!

Thaylon is kind of cool.

But the name I thought of is Carson or Karson that way you keep with the C or K that you already have with the other kids and use Louis for a middle or just use the H. of Holley.

Yea! You are almost done. Good luck with everything. Wish I was there to take the kids for you and clean you house, and help you get ready, help (okay i will be honest, watch) you with your puzzle. Love you tons.

I don't know if this is the best way to respond to everyone or not....but here goes! Thanks for all the fun comments! Thanks for all the great names, too! I'm surprised how 'popular' Thaylon was! It was our choice for a boy when I was having Kaylee. We had talked about Thaylon Jordan, but then we used Jordan as Kaylee's middle name. Connie, I completely forgot that Holley is your last name now! Maybe we're distantly related now! Holley was my great-grandmother's maiden name, so she used it for her son's first name. Emma Teresa Holley was her name. Jessica- I would love to use your bassinette if that is still ok. :) You're the best! I can come out there, you don't have to drag it out to me. :) I also have to say that the weather was beautiful Friday and Saturday so I got to soak up some sun and I felt better. AND... I cleaned my bathrooms and kitchen. Go me!

Karla and I both like the name Thaylon as well. We are really exited to see the new addition to the family! As for the due date we couldn't really agree on a date so, I think it will be Wednesday the 19th at 6:00am. Karla thinks that it will be at Tuesday 18th at 5:01 am. We love you guys and plan on visiting you guys soon.
